WELCOME TO THE EHS&RM SAFETY HUB WEB PAGE
The EHS&RM Safety Hub is a new tool that integrates many routine safety and risk management activities and functions including:
- Electronic safety inspection reporting, responses and tracking
- Improved chemical, radioactive material, x-ray machine and laser inventory management
- Safety equipment inventory and certification tracking (chemical fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, safety shower/eyewashes, etc.)
- New safety training dashboard
- Easy management (addition/removal) of group staffing for PIs and supervisors
- More features coming online soon!
On this page you will also find quick user guides for performing different functions. More user guides will be added frequently so check this page on a regular basis. In addition you will find links to the Safety Hub and a form to submit requesting access to the Safety Hub.
We are actively fine-tuning the system and turning on more features in the portal every day. This is your safety tool, and all feedback/suggestions are welcome and encouraged! Let us know your needs and how we can improve the Safety Hub. Bookmark this page and check it frequently!
Once set up in the system, you can log into the Safety Hub using your MyNMSU log in credentials. If you have problems logging in or not sure you have been set up in the system, contact us at 575-646-3327 or by email at ehs@nmsu.edu.
