NMSU is committed to providing a safe and educational experience for all children participating in its’ Youth Programs. Registration of all youth programs per ARP 16.79 is required prior to start of program. In addition to establishing approval requirements and operational rules for conducting NMSU sponsored Youth Program(s), this rule establishes requirements for training and criminal background checks for all personnel working with Minors. NMSU employees and units may not conduct Youth Programs except in compliance with this rule.
You can begin the registration process by completing Form 1 which should be completed 3 months prior to your program. Once submitted you will receive a link to Form 2, which should be completed 3 weeks prior to your program. Please note, no Youth Program may commence unless and until all relevant requirements are complete and approved.
