The Environmental Health Safety & Risk Management Department (EHS&RM) coordinates compliance activities required by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the State of New Mexico Environment Department regulations. This is a critical activity for NMSU, not only because these requirements protect our natural environment, but because the potential for significant monetary penalties due to noncompliance.
